• We offer Free Delivery within Ireland for purchases on or over €100 - under €100 is charged at a flat rate of €4.95.
• In-store collections are NOT CURRENTLY available due to COVID-19 restrictions.
• We are based in Mullingar, Ireland, and we package and ship from here 5 days a week. All returns are processed here but you MUST contact us by email on caroline@jasmine.ie or call the store to get sanctioned and receive a returns code.
• Purchases can be wrapped free of charge and sent directly to a loved one with a personal note.
• Delivery within Ireland is either by Fastway or Post Office and European shipping is by Post Office costs and delivery times

Returns And Exchanges

• We really hope you love your Jasmine purchase but in the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations it can be returned unused, in original packaging, within 7 days of receipt.
• You must inform us before returning on email caroline@jasmine.ie or call the store to sanction return and receive a returns code.
• Earrings, hair accessories cannot be returned as hygiene is very important to us and our customers.
• Any delivery costs will be fully refunded if you receive an item that is faulty.  We ensure the best quality possible by checking and photographing each piece before shipping.
• All returns are processed by contacting us on 044 9347828 within shop opening hours or by email caroline@jasmine.ie.  We will issue you with a returns code so your return can be processed as swiftly as possible.
• Please ensure you use recorded delivery to ensure the safe return of your purchase as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing.
