What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website?
We collect your personal details for two reasons, when you order items from our online shop, and when you sign up for the sending of marketing materials.
When ordering we collect the following details
- your first and last name,
- your invoice and billing address (if different from your invoice address),
- your phone number
- email address
- your credit card details
Your credit card details are used to validate your payment, via Stripe, our payment provider, and will not be stored on our website at anytime. The rest of your personal details will only be used, to support the order fulfilment process, for your order.
When signing up for marketing materials we will collect your name and email address only. These personal details will only be used for sending marketing details such as special offers and new arrivals. These details can be updated at anytime by contacting Caroline with the contact details as shown below. In addition you can request to be unsubscribed from this list, by hitting the Unsubscribe email link, in any of the marketing emails, or by contacting Caroline directly and requesting this.
How do we protect your information?
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
